Block and reset is your friend. Don't try to match their pace - absorb their power and put the ball back softly.

Position yourself a bit further back from the kitchen line. Gives you more reaction time.

Target their feet. Hard hitters often struggle when the ball is low.

Mix in lobs! Bangers are usually positioned forward and have trouble with overhead shots behind them.
